Possible solutions:

  1. Reduce the file size of the presentation
  2. Copy the selected slides into a new presentation

Reduce file size

PowerPoint files can often become quite large due to embedded images or videos which are much bigger than they need to be. Reducing the file size is therefore always a good idea, since it makes opening much faster. Follow these steps to compress embedded pictures:

Windows
  1. Open your presentation. Go to File in the PowerPoint menu
  2. Click Save as and then Browse
  3. In the window that opens, click on Tools (right beside Save)
  4. Select Compress Pictures and choose the resolution you need
  5. To save even more space, you can additionally choose Delete cropped areas of pictures to remove the parts of pictures which you cropped in PowerPoint.

  6. Click OK and then Save
  7. Restart the slide upload with the SlideLizard CREATOR
