With the status function you can quickly eliminate uncertainties. This feature allows anyone with access to the slides to see the progress of each slide.
The number of status variants, their description and the appearance of the icons can be changed in the administration panel.
The following status variants are the default settings:
| Name | Meaning |
| No state | Status unclear |
| In progress | This slide is currently being worked on |
| Declined | This slide is no longer used |
| Approved | This slide is tested and ready for usage |
How to change a slides status
- Click with the right mouse button on the desired slide.
- Go to “Status”.
- Select your desired status.
